IT Procurement Business Manager (2008)
Developed first procurement organization within 85 year old Heavy Civil Construction and Mining Company. Ground up process and systems implementation of best practices, training as well as cost savings and cost containment.
Responsible for National/ Global goods and services sourcing, procurement and management of vendors to achieve service deliverables and resource/ cost optimization across approx. $650MM spend for all Granite business units. Originate, negotiate and manage supply and service procurement of goods and services across Granite. • Achieved and maintained minimum 7 times ROI department costs.
